In this course, we will introduce learners to the concept of the Mindful Classroom, utilizing real-world scenarios to drive home the tenets of this program.
In a mindful classroom, teachers are able to encourage collaboration, foster a sense of excitement about learning, and reduce stress and increase success for students and staff. While this may sound too good to be true, educators across the nation are implementing mindfulness strategies to create a happier, healthier and more productive classroom experience.
