Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only

This course is designed to coincide with the Mid-Atlantic District Summer Leadership conference. Participants will dive deeper into the work they do during the conference. Participants will focus on the implementation of their actionable items and collaborate with their colleagues to provide feedback and support.

  • Identify and project a timeline on Vision Plans for SY 23-24 for their school
  • Review district data from LWT, FCOT and Instructional Rounds to make adjustments to the RCIP and their SAP
  • Learn to facilitate the activity : Building Collective Responsibility and Commitments through Staff Consensus at their school
  • Align Problem of Practice to the greatest areas of need at their school aligned to MTSS and Kotter’s 8-Step Change gaps analysis results from MA Administrators and make connections to the RCIP 2.0 MTSS Critical Components
  • Learn areas of instructional need in the elementary and secondary levels
  • Learn to design and facilitate high quality professional learning for adult learners
  • Learn how to create a coaching culture in their school
  • Develop a school support plan and coaching plan for their school
  • Plan and identify coaching roles and responsibilities within their school
