Student Transcript Request

We currently process official transcript requests on a weekly basis. Processing may take up to five business days, not including mailing time. For domestic addresses, delivery typically takes an additional 2–8 business days. International deliveries may take up to four weeks. At this time, electronic transcripts are not available, and all transcripts will be mailed to the address provided in the request.

  • If you are in the process of obtaining or have obtained a degree at the University of San Diego, please contact Torero Hub at 619-260-2700 or visit their website for all transcript related inquiries.
  • Please make sure the grade for your most recent class has posted before ordering your transcript. Transcript requests will not be held until a final grade has posted. The request will undergo processing upon receipt. You can check your final grades by logging into your student account and viewing your “My Courses” page.

Unofficial transcripts can now be downloaded by logging into your student account and going to “My Courses”. Under “Completed” click “Print Unofficial Transcript”.
