Student Transcript Request

At this time, we are processing requests for official transcripts on a weekly basis. Our processing time is up to 5 business days (not including mailing time). Mailing time for domestic addresses is typically 2-8 business days. We are not able to offer electronic transcripts; all transcripts will be mailed to the requested address.

• If you are in the process of obtaining or have obtained a degree at the University of San Diego, please contact One Stop at 619-260-2700 or visit their website for all transcript related inquiries.
• Please make sure the grade for your most recent class has posted before ordering your transcript. Transcript requests will not be held until a final grade has posted. The request will undergo processing upon receipt. You can check your final grades by logging into your student account and viewing your “My Courses” page.

Unofficial transcripts can now be downloaded by logging into your student account and going to “My Courses”. Under “Completed” click “Print Unofficial Transcript”.
