PCE COVID Vaccination/Booster and Face Covering Policy

Updated: January 2022 (Please check back frequently for our current policy)

The University of San Diego is coordinating closely with San Diego County and state public health officials.  As of January 2022, PCE students attending in-person, classroom, or hybrid courses at the university and/or other PCE satellite locations must submit proof of booster vaccination against COVID-19.

Three days prior to the start of class, each student must submit photo images of their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card showing full vaccination plus booster.  Vaccination records can be submitted using the following instructions:

  • Log into your student portal
  • Go to "My Files"
  • Select and label each file to upload (Upload all copies needed to show proof of full vaccination and booster)

**Any student that has not submitted proof will be dropped from the course and a refund of the course fee will be returned less a processing fee of 10% or $50, whichever is greater,**

While on-campus, everyone must wear a face covering indoors.  This includes shopping, dining, public transportation (including USD trams), exercising indoors, studying indoors in common areas, teaching indoors, attending indoor business meetings and indoor events. See USD Face Coverings Policy
