Health Care Informatics – Now Fully Online

USD’s Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science (HSON) in partnership with Professional Studies offer a Master of Science in Health Care Informatics, which prepares graduates to sit for national certification in Health Care Informatics. As the demand for this skillset increases, USD HSON has responded by expanding its program accessibility with a fully online format.

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the job outlook for informatics professionals; medical records and health information technicians is expected to increase 21% over the current decade. The national median salary range for a clinical informatics coordinator is $73,144 and $97,750 for a Health Information Services Director, according to Salary.com.
