"Lead Like a PIRATE: Transformative Leadership for Educators" is an 8-session book study designed to empower school leaders to create an inspiring and innovative school culture. Based on the principles outlined in "Lead Like a PIRATE" by Shelley Burgess and Beth Houf, this course provides a comprehensive framework for developing leadership skills that drive passion, immersion, rapport, analysis, transformation, and enthusiasm.
