Chad Yoshinobu, principal and co-founder of Gensler’s Seattle office, will speak to the new trends in the built environment and how architecture and design work drive culture and behavior.
Mitch Roschelle, partner and business development leader of PwC, along with
Norm Miller, Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego School of Business, will discuss innovative and disruptive changes occurring in the real estate industry.
Following the speakers, there will be two breakout sessions. Michael Zeller, CEO of Dynam.AI, will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning on the real estate industry. John Frager, executive managing director at CBRE, will provide a border to border overview of the San Diego County real estate market.

Self-parking at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront will be available at a discounted event rate of $10 per car. Valet parking on the hotel property is $16 per car, upon availability. Attendees are strongly encouraged to carpool to the event.
Refunds (minus the Eventbrite fee, which is non-refundable) will be provided for cancellations received with written e-mail notification by March 19, 2020. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after March 19, 2020.
