University of San Diego Launches Essential Leadership Skills Series
Three-part program designed for business professionals
December 19, 2019, (SAN DIEGO, CA) – The University of San Diego’s (USD’s) Division of Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) is proud to announce the launch of a new professional development program, The Essential Leadership Skills Series. This three-part series will begin in spring 2020, with courses to take place on the campus of USD.
As the labor force reaches full employment, organizations and talent developers across industries are struggling to find candidates with the skills, knowledge, and training required to meet their organization’s strategic vision. The Essential Leadership Skills Series program was developed in response to the increasing skills gap and is designed to improve each participant’s business acumen in terms of soft skills in the workplace.
