Business ethics is the study of how moral values and business are connected and lead to the longevity of an organization. This discipline is concerned with how shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and competitors should treat each other in local and global contexts to increase profitability and foster a culture of respect. This course will provides students with the tools to hone in on their critical thinking skills to a) develop an awareness of the way in which they face the market challenges, b) learn how to navigate the complexity of interpersonal business practices c) devise inclusive strategies in the workplace.
