Learn to Engage Today's Volunteer Workforce

Most nonprofits fall short of understanding the talent management component of attracting, retaining and sustaining volunteers within their organizations. This class will provide an overview of how the demographic of today's volunteers is changing, how best to deploy the talents of these multi-generational volunteers, and understand how to provide a structured objective framework to be accomplished by the volunteer corps. *Previous title, Attracting and Retaining the New Volunteer Workforce for Today's Nonprofit Organizations.
