The Teacher Induction Program is a two year, California state-approved system that includes the individualized assistance of a Mentor on a regular basis. The Mentor helps with the collection of evidence and data that reflects California Standards for the teaching profession and state adopted academic standards over time. The Teacher Induction Program promotes reflection and formative assessment about teaching skills and practices allowing credential candidates to experience rich quality embedded professional development.
