In this course, participants will gain in depth knowledge, skills, and understanding of how using traditional and non-traditional art media can further engage and develop visual art skills, as well as language arts skills with our students. The DoDEA anchor standards for writing using precise language and domain-specific vocabulary will be embedded into this course as it applies to the visual art anchor standards of Create, Respond, Present & Connect.
