Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants

Under the umbrella of Equity and Access for ALL students, participants will engage and participate in job-embedded professional learning facilitated by their peer educators. Course learning will include timely sessions on support for successful MTSS Tier 1 and Tier 2 instruction, along with actionable and purposeful planning in the format of synchronous collaborative sessions throughout the school year.

What You Will Learn

  • Identify effective MTSS Tier 1 & Tier 2 instructional practices and supports for students in the general education classroom, as evidenced by instructional shifts/ LWT Indicator data/ FCT artifacts
  • Implement MTSS interventions to meet student academic needs, as evidenced by specialist and support staff referral data/SST data/FCT artifacts
  • Monitor Problem(s) of Practice based on student data, trend data, and FCT artifacts, based on Tier 1 and Tier 2 best practices
  • Successfully Complete a full FCT cycle to support the District and Regional goal of Equity and Access to Excellent Instruction for ALL Students, as evidenced by professional portfolios
