This book provides tools for individuals to reflect on their existing behaviors while developing skills to build their cultural competency portfolio. Leadership requires introspection, recognizing how their responses impact their co-workers and students. As a culminating project, students will prepare an intentional leadership plan that describes their journey as well as their own cultural autobiography.
