The Teacher Induction Program is a two year, California state-approved system that includes the individualized assistance of a Mentor on a regular basis. The Mentor helps with the collection of evidence and data that reflects the California Standards for the teaching profession and state adopted academic standards over time. The Teacher Induction Program promotes reflection and formative assessment about teaching skills and practices allowing credential candidates to experience rich quality embedded professional development. The Early Completion Option (ECO) can be completed in one year with Director approval.

Who Should Attend: This course provides continuing education for beginning teachers enrolled in ECO induction programs with their district and/or consortium.
