What You Will Learn

  • Explain the research and science behind how the learning environment impacts learners' brains and nervous systems
  • Design classrooms and other learning spaces with an understanding of how to best support students' sensory systems (visual, auditory, touch, taste, smell, vestibular, and proprioception)
  • Teach breathwork, mind-body practices, and other forms of nervous system regulation in order to helps students settle in the learning environment
