Student Transcript Request

To order your official transcript, please log into your student account* and select Transcript Request from your account menu. *Please do not create a new account. Newly created accounts will not automatically merge with pre-existing course records. If you do not remember your account login information, please call Student Services at (619) 260-4585. Please note that we only offer official transcripts at this time. E-transcripts are currently not available.

Please make sure the grade for your most recent class has posted before ordering your transcript. Transcript requests will not be held until a final grade has posted. The request will undergo processing upon receipt. You can check your final grades by logging into your student account and viewing your My Courses page. Standard Mailing: Unless otherwise requested, all official transcripts go out regular first class mail within 1-2 business days of your transcript request being submitted. Standard mailing time according to the Post Office is 2-6 business days. Therefore, your transcript should be received within 3-8 days of you submitting the transcript request.

Once a transcript goes out in the mail, the request cannot be canceled nor payment refunded. Overnight Mailing: FedEx provides an overnight service. The fee for overnight mailing is $45 (in addition to the regular $15 transcript fee). If you wish to overnight your transcript, please call Student Services at (619) 260-4585. Payment for overnight mailing must be taken over the phone using a valid credit or debit card. Overnight requests must be received by 12:00pm on the same day you order your transcript. If your transcript goes into the mail prior to your overnight request being received, a new transcript will need to be requested for the overnight order.
