Credit Validation for NEA Participants Only

Educators will learn about LGBTQ+ student bias and approaches to address it. They will also reflect on how factors that contribute to this bias can influence their daily behaviors. Educators will identify their unconscious biases, explore strategies to address anti-LGBTQ+ bias, and develop action plans to ensure their curriculum, instructional materials, and approaches are inclusive of all students.

Who Should Attend: This course provides continuing education for NEA Participants.

Directions to Enrolled Participants for University Credit: Submit your Certificate of Completion by email to [email protected] after enrolling for credit and completing the course. Only register for credit once you have completed your coursework. Ensure your program knows you have registered for credit and communicate that they can release your final grade to our program.

Prerequisites: All participants must be a NEA/FEA member.
