This course introduces the Reciprocal Coaching model—a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach that redefines professional learning through shared inquiry, mutual reflection, and instructional partnership. Grounded in the principles of co-learning, it equips educators with the tools to plan, model, observe, and reflect alongside one another to support deeper student learning. Participants will explore real-world coaching scenarios, practice co-reflection protocols, and engage in guided lesson design anchored in surface, deep, and transfer learning. By the end of the course, educators will build capacity not only as instructional leaders but also as lead learners committed to sustainable, student-centered growth.
