Course Description

Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only

This two-unit graduate credit course, facilitated by the Center for Instructional Leadership, serves as a launchpad for a year of ongoing, just-in-time professional learning designed to innovate, elevate, and accelerate leadership across DoDEA Pacific schools. Anchored in the five key areas of DoDEA’s Definition of Instructional Leadership, this year’s summit builds on the foundational work already underway in schools and districts across the Pacific—empowering leaders to deepen their impact and drive continuous improvement.

Participants will engage in dynamic large-group sessions and focused breakout discussions led by senior leaders from DoDEA Pacific and Headquarters. These sessions are intentionally designed to help leaders:

  • Enhance and refine leadership practices that support a shared vision of excellent instruction.
  • Elevate instructional quality through actionable feedback and collaborative professional learning.
  • Accelerate school and district improvement by leveraging teacher expertise, maximizing instructional time, and sustaining a culture of trust and reflection.

This summit is not just a launchpad—it is a strategic leap PAC to the Future, building on the momentum already in motion. It equips leaders with the tools, insights, and networks needed to navigate the 2025–2026 school year with clarity, confidence, and a bold vision for what’s next.
