This is an online, in company, Executive Education Course. The course is aimed at senior managers within the Learning Pool Group (primarily in the UK and USA). All will have a significant number of direct reports and most will have other managers reporting to them. The establishment of the D suite of Directors to meet the growth of the business triggered the need for the course. The Group has grown significantly both organically and by acquisition, and this course is seen as an effective way of enhancing the skills of the managers to the new scale of the company and can be a vehicle for increased collaboration across the wider group.
