Request a Transcript or Replacement Certificate

To request an official transcript or a replacement certificate:

  1. Complete the Paralegal Transcript and Certificate Request Form and email to or mail to the address below. If you are requesting a name change, submit the Change of Name Form and supporting documentation with your request. If any other documentation needs to accompany your transcript, include it with your request as well.
  2. Submit payment ($15 per transcript/certificate) by:
    • Credit/debit card online - modify the quantity as necessary, click Checkout, login or create an account, and follow the instructions to complete payment. For assistance with your account or payment, call (619) 260-4585.
    • Check or money order - payable to University of San Diego, drop off or mail to:

The University of San Diego Paralegal Program does not provide unofficial transcripts and cannot accommodate rush orders. Requests will be processed within 3 business days from the time both the request and payment are received by the Program Office.
