Course Description

Tour San Diego's Top Real Estate Developments

This lecture series consists of four distinct development project site visits. The projects visited and studied represent a variety of uses --- residential, office, retail/restaurants, hotel and mixed-use in distinct San Diego markets. While most of our courses “talk the talk,” this course will “walk the walk” by touring the projects and understanding what made these projects unique. Each session will take place at a new designated location where your instructor and developer will explain the evolution of that particular real estate development.
