In this course, participants will become familiar with project management tools such as Google Sheets and Asana. Participants will use tools to create a project schedule and budget. Participants will also learn about procurement and project resources. Participants will develop project kickoff activities, like planning an agenda for a meeting and setting up communications for the project team and stakeholders. Participants will also create a communication plan.
Number of Units: 3.0 graduate level extension credit(s) in semester hours
