This three-hour graduate credit course is facilitated by the PAC East District Professional Learning and Assessment & Accountability ISS Team. Participation in League 2027 will serve as the foundation for the continuous improvement work being conducted and engaged with during this school year and will build into the school years to come. The professional learning, network sessions, Continuous Improvement Summits, and workdays are aligned to support the PAC East continuous improvement journey in our quest for excellence by institutionalizing our mantra: Action - Impact – Results.

  • Reflect and align school action plans (SAPs) with district action plans (DAP)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Pacific East Management Information System (PEDMIS)
  • Understand and implement the Phase 5 Plan (the district's comprehensive monitoring plan)
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to intentionally plan for integration of a culture of feedback (FCT Flight Plan, Instructional Rounds Play Book)
  • Provide meaningful feedback on positive authentic teaching and learning experiences
  • Prepare the learning environment with instructional strategies that impact student achievement
