Course Description

Credit Validation for Dyslexia Training Institute Participants Only 

This is a virtual conference in which there will be 12 presentations. Conference registrants will have 24-hour access to all pre-recorded workshops/presentations for the entire duration of the conference. After viewing each workshop, registrants will be able to post their questions on the workshop’s discussion board and questions will be addressed by the experts. Conference topics include: dyslexia & English Learners; Intersectionality of race & dyslexia; structured word inquiry & the remarkable < e >; fluency, understanding dysgraphia; reading instruction; grammar; perspective from someone who has dyslexia, strategies that boost spelling success, Dyslexia for a Day Simulation, self-advocacy & assistive technology.
