Credit Validation for Attendees of the 2022 California Council for the Social Studies (CCSS) Conference Only

TK-12 teachers will participate in the annual CCSS conference for Social Studies educators. This year's theme is Social Studies in a New Era: Connect, Collaborate, Construct. A variety of keynote speakers, sessions, and workshops will provide teachers with information and strategies for effective teaching and learning of Social Studies as presented in the state framework, standards, and initiatives (e.g., State Seal of Civic Engagement, Ethnic Studies, Global Education, Literacy, Media Literacy, etc.).

Number of Units: 1.0 - 2.0 graduate level extension credit(s) in semester hours, choose one option only

Who Should Attend: This course provides continuing education for preservice teachers, TK-12 inservice teachers, administrators, and university faculty.
