This course entails 45 hours of professional learning: participation in five CCRS Professional Learning Sessions (one 12-hour session and four 6-hour sessions) and completion of 5 artifacts (i.e. student work and/or photos) and feedback submissions and 1 final written reflection. During quarterly CCRS professional learning sessions, participants collaborate with their school colleagues on implications for their instruction through systemwide professional learning and with grade-level colleagues. The 5 artifacts and feedback sessions will consist of emailing your facilitator an artifact that clearly exhibits the common student behavior focus for each quarter and a written 5-7 sentence reflection explaining how the lesson/activity enhanced student learning.
