Course Description

Credit Validation for DoDEA Participants Only 

This course entails 36 hours of professional learning: participation in a total of six 6-hour days of Alternate Content Standards Professional Learning Sessions delivered as two-day Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions.

During professional learning sessions, participants collaborate with their regional colleagues on implications for their instruction through Schoology modules. Then, following Independent Study in Schoology participants apply their learning through artifact creation in Applied Practice. This artifact can be shared as an attachment or link within the grade band Applied Practice discussion forum, shared resource folder, or directly to the regional representative.
