Understand the Operation of the Estate, Gift and GST Taxes

This seminar focuses on selected issues important to lawyers representing individuals and families in designing tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. The seminar will include an overview of estate and gift tax issues, planning techniques, and current developments and updates, including the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012.
